About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team at Hitachi Europe Ltd. in the role of Assistant Marketing Manager. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Create compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Schedule and publish social media posts within deadline, monitor comments and messages, and engage with the community promptly
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the PR and Marketing agency to plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, newsletters, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to drive conversions and achieve campaign objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to identify new opportunities for campaign success
  • Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for digital channels, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats working with our PR and Marketing agency
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content requirements, develop content calendars, and execute content plans effectively
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, audience insights, and competitor analysis
  • Utilise data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, make data-backed recommendations, and optimise digital marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with channel partners on marketing campaigns, including joint advertising efforts, co-branded marketing materials, shared trade show appearances, and other collaborative marketing activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong desire for serving customers and good team player
  • Proficiency in IT required
  • Highly motivated with ability to plan and execute goals
