Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and executing processes to help achieve our vision of flawless execution in our tactical marketing efforts. This multi-tasking role will drive process development and improvement throughout all marketing communications efforts supporting the Channel, Marketing Manager & Aftermarket Manager EMEA/CIS.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Create compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to target audience segments.
- Schedule and publish social media posts within deadline, monitor comments and messages, and engage with the community promptly.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the PR and Marketing agency to plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, newsletters, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to drive conversions and achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to identify new opportunities for campaign success.
- Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for digital channels, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats working with our PR and Marketing agency.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content requirements, develop content calendars, and execute content plans effectively.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, audience insights, and competitor analysis.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, make data-backed recommendations, and optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with channel partners on marketing campaigns, including joint advertising efforts, co-branded marketing materials, shared trade show appearances, and other collaborative marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong desire for serving customers & good team player.
- Proficiency in IT required.
- Highly motivated with ability to plan and execute goals.
