Key Responsibilities
- Support the People Associate in maintaining and updating organizational charts, employee records, and providing backend troubleshooting support for assigned client groups.
- Provide recommendations and potential solutions to ongoing system support challenges that impact the business.
- Communicate learning tools and platforms as needed.
- Manage PowerPoint and Excel documents.
- Assist with invoice and other administrative tasks.
- Provide project management support for People initiatives.
- Partner with the People Associate to support onboarding and exit processes.
- Assist the People Lead in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Support the recruitment process by keeping the applicant tracking system up to date and ensuring roles are posted in Scout and Workday systems.
- Work with the business and People Associate to promote a strong and diverse talent pool, internally and externally.
- Support contracts management.
- Drive specific communication initiatives, such as philanthropy.
- Engage the business in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, philanthropic events, and community programs to improve the RL culture.
Requirements
- A master's degree program or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations.
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Well-developed written and verbal presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- English is a must; other languages are a plus.
