Customer Service Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Greece. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving customer concerns, and creating a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to customers via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer concerns and create a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to achieve customer service quality goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to effectively troubleshoot customer issues.
