**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top tech talent to drive our business forward.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Proactively source and identify tech talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and tech meetups.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, develop effective hiring strategies, and serve as an advisor on market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Improve recruitment processes by introducing new tools, techniques, and strategies tailored to the tech industry to attract and retain top talent.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives, such as representing the company at tech events, webinars, and university talks to attract talent.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track key metrics, report on progress, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead talent acquisition projects, such as diversity hiring initiatives or campus recruitment programs.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment or tech company.
  • Strong knowledge of the tech industry, including programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies, to effectively evaluate and engage with candidates.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize the hiring process and report on progress.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
