Senior Procurement Analyst Role

The Senior Procurement Analyst is a key member of the global transformation team, responsible for utilizing, configuring, implementing, maintaining, and customizing systems that store and process procurement data in support of procurement and sourcing processes. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to determine primary needs and goals, and create solutions to meet those objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of Global Sourcing tools such as SAP ERP and requisition tools.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the sourcing tools and processes.
  • Manage and update global sourcing policies and procedures.
  • Implement and ensure alignment of sourcing processes and procedures.
  • Act as the liaison of other business functions, identifying key stakeholders and ensuring sourcing alignment is being facilitated among process owners.
  • Working with the Global Sourcing team and senior management, standardize the supplier evaluation process and establish standardized reporting.
  • Monitor sourcing processes and provide actionable reports based on progress and achievement of business objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to Sourcing team members and stakeholders and provide end-user support as required.
  • Manage Procurement Help Desk, assigning tickets to appropriate persons and addressing Sourcing and Stakeholder issues.
  • Enable effective change management practices.
  • Utilize all available systems and participate in team building/collaborative exercises that facilitate continuous improvement and personal development.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and analytical teams to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Support other strategic initiatives and projects as required by the business.
  • Coordinate master data activities.
  • Review stakeholder input critically and play a role in designing and recommending the best solutions.
