Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose cybersecurity solutions.
- Engage with Hornetsecurity partners and end-users in customer projects to understand their security needs and requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Assist in the technical aspects of proposals, Tenders, and RFPs.
- Assist the support staff in dealing with complex issues, especially with international partners and customers.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and solutions.
Requirements:
- University degree or completed training in the IT field.
- Experience in the email security or backup market will be valued.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of support, presales, or consulting of IT solutions, ideally in an IT security environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present yourself competently and confidently to customers and partners.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. Italian will be valued.
- Proactive approach, willingness to travel, and strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and tools.
