Merchandising Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Assistant to join our dynamic team at Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of our stock, enabling us to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, covering 20 hours a week, ideally working in the mornings to ensure the team has all necessary information. You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week on average, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Creating key business reports to support the Merchandising team in completing core tasks, including creating and managing readable reports tailored to your audience.
- Working with the Merchandising team to review how we can be more efficient, improving processes and automation to drive the best possible customer outcomes.
- Completing key admin tasks quickly and accurately, including reviewing trading stock pots and taking actions to ensure housekeeping is of a high standard.
- Managing our retail product to ensure that lines are enabled and disabled online, working with the Merchandising team to manage our house customer accounts.
- Updating performance tracking documentation on a weekly/periodic basis.
Requirements
- Good Microsoft Excel Knowledge, including the ability to create and use pivot tables and lookups.
- Awareness of stock management and how product moves through to the end customer.
- Making suggestions for the business to maximise KPI's, including previous experience working in a high-paced environment and experience using both a manual and automated allocation system.
- Experience within an e-commerce business is preferred, with previous experience of 1 year within a similar role desirable.

- A salary of £25,000 FTE, with opportunities to make an impact as well as learn and develop further.
