Contract: Permanent / full-time (36 hours/week)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Social & Display Manager to lead our Display channel, driving the management process from A to Z. This includes setting marketing strategies aligned with business goals, organizing and setting up campaigns, and analyzing results to share with the manager and the rest of the company.

The ideal candidate will effectively communicate Display results with key managers, ensuring channel results and needs are well addressed. They will also ensure proper tracking of data affecting the channel and correct reporting.

As a key member of our marketing team, the Social & Display Manager will partner with our marketing teams inside and outside the Customer Acquisition department, creating a strong connection with SEM, SEO, and Brand teams to support marketing strategy based on analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Display channel, managing the process from A to Z
  • Set marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Organize and set up campaigns
  • Analyze results and share with the manager and the rest of the company
  • Effectively communicate Display results with key managers
  • Ensure proper tracking of data affecting the channel and correct reporting
  • Partner with marketing teams to support marketing strategy based on analytics

Requirements:

  • Progressive experience in managing Display campaigns within main platforms
  • Ability to manage data to tune Display campaigns
  • Proactive analytical mindset to transform raw data into valuable marketing insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and business requirements
  • Fluent in English to efficiently communicate with international team members and stakeholders
