Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Graphic Designer to join our team in Ceuta. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving offsite acquisition-focused channels and landing pages. Your primary goal will be to create captivating visuals for promotional campaigns, CRM, social media, and other channels across our Spanish and International markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product, marketing, CRM, TECH, and other teams to deliver brand-consistent Customer Journeys through designs
• Participate in meetings and stand-ups to report changes and progress
• Work with the Commercial team on promotional concepts and produce high-quality designs
• Design, maintain, and optimize our brands' acquisition channels such as Social Media, Landing Pages, Blogs, and Newsletters
• Develop all types of graphic content (in multiple formats) across all channels and brands
• Collaborate in the creation and optimization of Brand Manuals, design systems, and style guidelines
Requirements
• Fluent in Spanish and proficiency in English
• Good knowledge of task management systems (e.g., Trello, Asana)
• Strong digital graphic design and/or UI/UX-focused training
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires relocation to Ceuta. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive creative solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional visual experiences, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €45,000 to €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities to support your growth within the company.
Bonus
You will receive an annual bonus equivalent to 10% of your base salary, contingent upon individual and company performance. The bonus is designed to recognize and reward outstanding contributions to the organization's success.
