**Salary:** €50,000 - €65,000 per annum

**Job Description**

We're seeking a skilled Digital Graphic Designer to enhance our offsite acquisition-focused channels and landing pages. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating captivating visuals for promotional campaigns, CRM, social media, and other channels across the Spanish and International market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze and improve existing channels and landing pages to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness
* Design new channels and landing pages on demand, collaborating with product, marketing, CRM, TECH, and other teams
* Develop high-quality designs for promotional concepts, working closely with the Commercial team
* Create all types of graphic content (in multiple formats) across all channels and brands: banners, ads, landing page assets, internal marketing, video, and social media content
* Collaborate in the creation and optimization of Brand Manuals, design systems, and style guidelines
* Improve and animate our brand mascot (3D edition – nice to have) and live product streaming contents (Motion graphics and/or 3D edition – nice to have)
* Participate in meetings and stand-ups, reporting changes and progress
* Prioritize workload according to business goals and ensure deadlines are met

**Qualifications:**

* Fluent in Spanish and proficiency in English
* Digital graphic design and/or UI/UX-focused training
* Good knowledge of task management systems (e.g. JIRA/Trello/Asana or others)
* Adobe CC expert level (Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Knowledge of Premiere or After Effects (other animation tools will be an asset)
* WordPress or other CMS knowledge
* Basic HTML/CSS/Javascript knowledge (we don't require a developer level experience, but some basics would be useful for the position)
* Experience working in cross-functional teams
* Basic Figma knowledge (or similar UI tools)
* 3D design (Blender or similar) – nice to have
* Some experience with AI image-generation tools would be highly appreciated
* Some knowledge of Portuguese would be a great advantage
