We are now seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and elevate our presence across multiple platforms.

Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic Senior Social Media Manager to develop high-impact social media strategies, oversee campaign execution, and manage a team of social media specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing audience engagement, driving leads, and boosting brand awareness through innovative and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and business goals
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and platform innovations to ensure brand competitiveness
  • Guide brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social platforms
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media managers, specialists, and content creators
  • Oversee content creation and campaign execution, ensuring high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Comms and Content, and the Creative team to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
  • Use data and insights to optimize strategies, adjust campaigns, and report ROI to leadership
Requirements
  • 5+ years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Leadership skills: Proven experience managing a team and leading cross-functional collaboration
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to craft long-term social media strategies with a focus on brand growth, community engagement, and business goals
  • Advanced analytics skills: Proficiency with social media analytics tools and experience making data-driven decisions
  • Creative vision: Strong ability to lead content creation that is innovative, on-brand, and aligned with audience preferences
  • Paid social expertise: In-depth knowledge of paid social media advertising
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
