Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner via email, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech language (C2 level)
- Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
- Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
- Good analytic skills and logical thinking
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
- Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt and to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- EU citizenship or work permit for Greece
