About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Business Process Outsourcing company that provides high-quality customer experience and business consultancy services to its clients.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to digital payment services, focusing on technical questions and issues.
- Support new customers with account activation, transaction status queries, and financial requests.
- Maintain and update customers' accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of English language proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in technical support and troubleshooting.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Previous call center experience is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Our benefits package includes:
