About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Business Process Outsourcing company that provides high-quality customer experience and business consultancy services to its clients.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to digital payment services, focusing on technical questions and issues.
  • Support new customers with account activation, transaction status queries, and financial requests.
  • Maintain and update customers' accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of English language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An interest in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
