About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Salomon. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights to our sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Weekly Reporting: Create and update weekly reports for the sales and marketing teams, highlighting key trends and patterns in sales data.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data from our information system, including internal billing and customer order data, to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Report Creation: Develop detailed reports and analysis to support sales team decision-making.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary information.
  5. Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data.
  7. Orderbook Management: Monitor the orderbook to ensure timely delivery and coordination with the Customer Service Representative.
  8. Commission Calculation: Calculate agents' commissions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in building reports to support sales teams.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly strong Excel skills. Experience working with confidential information and expertise in Microsoft Office – Excel.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Competencies: Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data, and effective communication skills.
