We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Axalta Coating Systems in Asturias, Spain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Refinish Direct Business EMEA in France with data insight, further integration, and process optimization in the Direct Business in France.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full responsibility and first contact for data analytics for the ERP system in use.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to track business/commercial performance.
- Provide data to the EMEA organization.
- Centralize and harmonize common reports as needed and automatically make them available to users.
Additionally, the Data Analyst will:
- Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key commercial and business performance metrics.
- Support the EMEA organization in the assessment, design, implementation, and rollout of the data needed.
- Support the transformation program and transition to global ERP (S4) at a later stage.
Requirements include:
- Mandatory to be fluent in French and English (writing and speaking).
- Bachelor's degree ideally in Business Administration or similar fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or similar.
It would be nice to have knowledge in Tableau or PowerBI.
