Job Summary

Coty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Palma de Mallorca airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and executing in-store excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales targets by identifying and suggesting alternative and add-on sales to trade up.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence, and build retailer support across the entire Coty portfolio in specific stores.
  • Adhere to Company uniform and grooming guidelines, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Develop relationships with store staff and management, and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team when required.
  • Accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits, and submit sales figures to retail specialist with trading comments on time.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient running of the store at all times, and maintain a high level of housekeeping and visual display standards.

Requirements

  • Passion for beauty with exceptional grooming standards.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in beauty or luxury sales-related environments.
  • Language skills: Spanish and English; extra language a plus, especially German.
  • Flexibility and ability to go the extra mile.
