About the Job

We are seeking a Marketing Associate for our Light Inco category in the Southern Europe market. This key role directly impacts long-term business results by executing product and marketing initiatives for one of the company's top strategic brands. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Retail Business Marketing Manager to develop a 5-year strategic plan and the annual brand plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development, execution, and measurement of Marketing Plans and Brand strategies
  • Coordinate product launches with internal teams
  • Conduct market analysis, support financial planning, define strategies, etc.
  • Project management of marketing plans and actions
  • Development of marketing contents: claims, digital contents, sales presentations, product trainings, etc.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG – Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and market analysis tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in creating commercial materials and promoting products in competitive markets
  • B2 as English Level
