Job Summary

Zurich 56 Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Testing Engineer to join our Global team providing Application Security services to our Business Units across the world.

About the Role

As a Senior Security Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and participating in Information Gathering Sessions to evaluate requirements from clients and developing proposals for collaboration. You will also evaluate proposal notes with the technical lead and share them with the Test Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and participate in Information Gathering Sessions to evaluate requirements from clients and develop proposals for collaboration.
  2. Evaluate proposal notes with the technical lead and share them with the Test Service Manager.
  3. Operate with the Security Pipeline to identify next Security Assessment projects in scope.
  4. Work with stakeholders to confirm project scope and access requirements.
  5. Develop and send the Security Assessment Plan before projects start.
  6. Upload information gathered and share it with testers.
  7. During project execution, serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both testers and clients and facilitate the resolution of potential issues that may occur during Manual Penetration Testing projects.
  8. Provide support and guidelines to testers on project execution when needed.
  9. Ensure that final reports are sent to stakeholders.
  10. Ensure that Finding Agreements meetings are scheduled and assigned to the Technical Lead or their delegates.
  11. Oversee the Retest process and ensure that testers take the required actions to run them as per the schedule.
  12. Support and serve as the SPOC for the Veracode Service, supporting the Global Test Service Manager.
  13. Attend required meetings related to Veracode as delegated by the Global Test Service Manager.
  14. Support the team in providing services to Veracode and facilitate coordination between the Operations team and clients.
  15. Oversee the Security Test engineering team mailbox and share relevant proposals received via Forms for Security Assessments with the team contacts.
  16. Ensure requests related to Veracode or any Security scan requirements are completed by the Security Operations team.
  17. Participate and work with the Global Security Test Manager on process and procedures documentation related to the services provided by the unit.
  18. Work with external providers and oversee their activities related to Security Assessments and Application Security services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of Application Security and Security Testing principles and practices.
