About Gantrex

Gantrex is a world leader in solutions for cranes and special rails. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Spain.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project budgets
  • Define and lead a high-performing work team, ensuring timely execution and effective use of resources
  • Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
  • Manage and control project costs, timelines, and resources
  • Communicate effectively with site foremen, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (industrial or mechanical specialization)
  • Proven experience in construction, industrial, and assembly environments
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is highly desirable
