- Lead and manage a team of installation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless installation experience.
- Develop and implement effective installation strategies, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity in all aspects of the installation process.
- Practical experience in Electronics/Mechatronics and an intermediate vocational education degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience as a site manager or willingness to grow to an experienced site manager.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Good problem-solving skills for technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and with precision.
- Capability to set priorities and approach tasks in a goal-oriented manner.
- Good knowledge of English (German language skills are a significant advantage).
- High motivation and dedication to deliver the project in time and within budget.
