Job Title: Client Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at the Emporio Armani Boutique in Barcelona. As an ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent attention to all customers, ensuring they are properly advised on our collections and products.
  • Sales Performance: Meet individual and store objectives by building strong customer relationships and promoting our products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our collections, fashion trends, and brand history to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Standards: Maintain high standards of behavior, stock, and product presentation in the store.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least +3 years of experience in fashion sales, with a strong background in luxury retail.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fashion and customer service.
  • Language: High level of English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
