About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-time Client Advisor to join our team at our Outlet Barcelona La Roca. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act with integrity and empathy, prioritizing the client's needs and expectations.
- Welcome and assist each client, providing a personalized and engaging in-store experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of client desires, needs, and expectations, and use this knowledge to create a tailored experience.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, escalating issues to the line manager when necessary.
- Lead by example, driving individual and team objectives, and taking ownership of sales results.
- Engage in cross-selling with all departments, maximizing sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Prove in-depth knowledge of the brand and products, and manage payment operations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to a secure and theft-preventative environment, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
- Think innovatively about improving processes and generating new ideas, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
- Drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail companies.
- Passionate about Retail, Customer Service, and commercial mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to grow in the organization and relocate (if required).
