Financial Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Documentation Specialist to join our team at Srg. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Email Management: Respond promptly to all emails from banks, ensuring well-crafted, accurate, and timely responses.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare all required information for financial institutions, verifying the accuracy and completeness of each submission.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct thorough audits of supporting documentation and information provided to financial institutions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Transaction Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of incoming and outgoing transactions in our ERP system to detect discrepancies and ensure accurate recording.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively follow up on all outstanding issues and escalations with financial institutions, working diligently to resolve them in a timely manner.
- System Management: Daily review and management of the ticketing system to ensure prompt addressing of inquiries and issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or a related role involving extensive document management and stakeholder communication.
- Language Skills: Spanish – Intermediate/Advanced level in oral and written, English – Advanced/Mother language.
- Technical Skills: MS Office, especially MS Outlook and Excel – intermediate/advanced skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, proven ability to work accurately to tight deadlines, solid organizational skills, and extremely high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
