Job Title: Dutch-Speaking Senior Marketing Manager

Are you a marketing expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for the Dutch language and culture? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in the Netherlands.

Job Summary:

We are a rapidly growing company in the renewable energy industry, and we are looking for a talented marketing professional to help us drive our demand generation efforts in the Netherlands and Belgium. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a local content marketing strategy, deploying global marketing campaigns, and collaborating with our central marketing teams and other departments in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a local content marketing strategy, including blog posts, landing pages, e-books, email nurturing strategies, and newsletters.
  • Deploy local global marketing campaigns, activities, and best practices from other markets.
  • Be a key user of our CRM (Hubspot) and responsible for our local marketing CRM assets.
  • Deploy and optimize our local customer referral program.
  • Drive online customer reviews and testimonials.
  • Draw insights on local consumers and local competitors.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing performance.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multiple marketing channels.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a similar field.
  • Self-starting mentality with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Proficiency in usual Marketing Platform tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics and in CRM tools such as Hubspot.
