Senior Manager Marketing Oncology

At Pharmiweb, we're committed to transforming lives through innovative medicines. As a Senior Manager Marketing Oncology, you'll play a critical role in driving our oncology marketing strategy in Spain and cluster markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the local brand marketing strategy, aligning with global brand strategy and functional plans.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy, ensuring customer-focused messages.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
  • Manage the local promotional budget, ensuring ethical and compliance standards are maintained.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications.
  • Solid understanding of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations related to promotional activities.
  • Ability to thrive in driving results in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preference for science background.
  • Post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) is preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events.
