Process Excellence Manager EMEATa

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Manager to join our EMEATa team. As a key member of our Program Management team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our EMEATa Stores TA organization's recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive recruitment process excellence program, including the establishment of key performance indicators, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment workflows and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
- Drive the creation of role-based Standard Work practices and quality initiatives specific to the needs of the business teams and regions to meet and exceed TA goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and workshops to map out existing recruitment workflows and design streamlined, efficient processes.
- Implement process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, to drive quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness in recruitment.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for the recruitment team, providing guidance on process optimization and change management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in program or project management.
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
- Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
