Job Title: Delivery Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and visionary individual to join our team as Delivery Excellence Manager. The role involves being part of the Procurement Excellence organization, supporting the integration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of the services scope in the new shared services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage a workstream under the supervision of the Procurement Excellence project lead, ensuring the service scope is integrated as per project plan (on time, on budget, and on quality) and according to the Delivery Excellence standards.
  • Contribute and support the process design/improvement, validate the process solution, and support the procurement SSO demand pipeline management, evaluate, and prioritize as per business needs.
  • Define process performance metrics and support implementation, monitor operational performance, and contribute to validate the process documentation and process maps as per taxonomy and documentation standards.
  • Ensure continuous dialogue with process stakeholders, business functions, and SSO processes.
