Job Title: Senior Technical Solutions Architect

Novartis Farmacéutica is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Solutions Architect to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role

We are looking for a technical expert to create detailed Data Digital & IT (DDIT) solution/service design, based on functional specifications to meet quality and performance requirements and technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver system solutions for a specific business or technology area in alignment with defined solution architecture.
  • Take accountability for technical delivery of projects/use cases for a specific business area.
  • Ensure that detailed designs adhere to solution architecture design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive and authoritative technical guidance and ownership on a wide range of aspects within the area of project execution.
  • Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing new solutions and services.
  • Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience with expert understanding and proven track record in analyzing business processes, architecting, designing, developing, and integrating complex, cross-divisional end-to-end technical solutions with large data volumes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with senior IT and business stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously in a highly matrixed and multi-cultural environment.
