We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Solutions Architect to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our Global Clinical Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex technical solutions that meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop detailed technical solutions that meet quality and performance requirements.
- Take ownership of technical delivery of projects and ensure adherence to solution architecture.
- Provide technical guidance and ownership to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure designs are traceable to functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Take accountability for ensuring adherence to Security and Compliance policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in analyzing business processes, architecting, designing, developing, and integrating complex technical solutions.
- Expert understanding of programming and solution design.
- Experience in integrating or implementing Commercial off-the-shelf products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously in a matrixed environment.
- Experience in highly regulated environments, ideally in the Pharma industry.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
