Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop system solutions for specific business or technology areas, aligning with defined solution architecture and creating detailed process designs necessary for day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of technical delivery of projects/use cases for a specific business area, ensuring designs adhere to solution architecture design and are traceable to functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide authoritative technical guidance and ownership on project execution, influencing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the overall user experience is considered when designing new solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope, with a focus on high to medium-sized complexity projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience demonstrated.
- 12+ years of experience with expert understanding and proven track record in analyzing business processes, architecting, designing, developing, and integrating complex technical solutions.
- Strong background in programming and solution design, with exposure to a wide range of technologies and experience in integrating or implementing Commercial off-the-shelf products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior IT and business stakeholders and effectively convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a highly matrixed and multi-cultural environment, taking full ownership of deliverables.
- Experience in highly regulated environments, ideally in the Pharma industry, including on Computer System Validation, and experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
