Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct support to program sponsors to ensure adherence to key strategic principles, while identifying potential risks or concerns.
  • Assist in the daily management of the business/value case for the project to guarantee that outcomes meet expectations.
  • Exercise delegated authority to make decisions regarding business process design within the defined scope.
  • Collaborate with regional process owners to ensure their involvement in pertinent workshops and throughout the project lifecycle, including testing phases.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues related to processes.
  • Ensure that global processes comply with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Engage in the testing and validation of global processes.
  • Provide governance and decision-making support within design and change forums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, ideally within a global operations environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
