Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Operations organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the new product operating model across our Rx Inline & OTC business. Your primary focus will be on launching major products and managing them throughout their lifecycle, ensuring high-performing product teams are established and delivering on the product ambition of continued availability at optimal quality, on time and in cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the new product operating model across the Rx Inline & OTC business
  • Launch major products and manage them throughout their lifecycle
  • Establish high-performing product teams and ensure they deliver on product ambition
  • Ensure continued availability of products at optimal quality, on time and in cost
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in product operations and a proven track record of launching and managing products. You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
