Job Title: Global Product Operations Leader

Galderma is a leading dermatology company with a presence in over 90 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Operations Leader to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in product launch and lifecycle management, supply chain, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product operating model, ensuring high-performing product teams and delivering on product ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the product operating model across Rx Inline & OTC business
  • Manage product launches and geographic roll-outs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentoring to individual team members
  • Partner with Operations management, Global Product Strategy Franchise Lead, and Research & Development to ensure accurate communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • BS/MS in operations, engineering, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related field, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, life sciences, biotech, or related field, with experience in launching products and managing geographic roll-outs
  • Proven experience in a product operating model in a complex environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills, including communication, conflict management, and coaching, with demonstrated practice of organizational change management
  • Ability to effectively engage with and influence senior stakeholders
