Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Operations Leader to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Operations organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a world-class product operating model that drives performance improvements and supports our growth strategy.

In this role, you will spearhead the launch of major Rx Inline & OTC products, manage product life-cycles, and ensure high-performing product teams are established. Your expertise will be critical in delivering on our product ambition of continued availability at optimal quality, on time, and in cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a product operating model that drives performance improvements and supports our growth strategy
  • Spearhead launches of major Rx Inline & OTC products
  • Manage product life-cycles and ensure high-performing product teams are established
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on product ambition
