Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Global People Operations Advisor is a key member of our global People Operations team, playing a pivotal role in maintaining alignment and consistency in processes and tools across regions. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, collaboration skills, and adaptability to drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Process Ownership: Maintain accurate and up-to-date global processes, ensuring seamless coordination with regional teams, HRIS, and other people teams.
  2. Global Projects Coordinator: Participate in and lead global projects, requiring collaboration with regional teams, stakeholders, and project managers.
  3. Technical Expertise: Leverage expertise in Workday/ServiceNow to develop and implement process improvements and automation.
  4. Process Alignment: Develop and maintain process alignment within regions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency.
  5. Learning and Development: Identify and develop learning and development needs within People Operations, focusing on team well-being, tools, hard and soft skills, and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a People administration role.
  • Excellent understanding of HR operations and development of tools and key processes in a global company.
  • Excellent administrative and technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with HR Information Systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is a must.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a rapidly changing environment.
  • English fluency (written/spoken).
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work largely without direct supervision.
  • Previous experience in a multi-cultural, technology-oriented business is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset, not afraid of raising questions, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • You can build strong and trustful relationships with the people you work with.
