Job Title: Senior Pricing Analyst

City, Country: Barcelona / Spain

Hybrid/Remote/On Site: Hybrid

We are seeking a talented Pricing Senior Analyst to join our Pricing and Costing Office team, supporting the Pricing transformation of Perfumery in the region. Your role will be crucial in achieving Perfumery's profitable growth objectives by providing analytical insights and streamlined processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the profitability of the business and identify margin leakage opportunities
  • Develop and implement periodical price update campaigns for the region
  • Enforce Pricing rules and policies through Pricing Process and DoA approvals
  • Design and maintain regional Pricing dashboards/insights to deliver value-added information to the commercial organization
  • Support the implementation of Price Management tool (LPM) and champion the region's adoption
  • Build proactive partnerships with key stakeholders in the pricing process (Commercial, Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Controlling teams)

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, preferably in pricing or costing
  • Strong aptitude for working with numbers and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP Pre Sales, Qlik Sense, or other BI tools for dashboarding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse people from different locations and cultures
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Prior experience in B2B is highly desirable
