About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Data Analyst to join our Product Data team. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with product squads, data scientists, and engineers to develop innovative pricing solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to generate new product feature ideas and improvements, and estimate the potential impact of planned projects.
  • Develop and refine dynamic pricing strategies to balance rider demand and driver supply in real-time, while understanding customer needs and different market states.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to implement machine learning models that improve pricing decisions.
  • Engage with product squads to gain an understanding of problems that need to be solved, gather requirements, and define deliverables to match business needs.
  • Have full ownership of analysis, from ideation to communication of results and making recommendations to all levels of the company, including senior management.
  • Develop and evaluate A/B tests and other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features, ensuring effective improvement of pricing strategy.
  • Work closely with developers and data engineers to create and capture data aligned with business logic and allows modeling and analysis.
  • Be involved throughout the complete product lifecycle to guarantee a data-driven process.
Requirements
  • You have curiosity in your essence, which motivates you to answer WHY things happened, not only scratching the surface, but aiming for well-founded actionable results.
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other fields with a strong mathematical-statistical background.
  • Previous experience in working as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably within tech product organizations, having direct contact with stakeholders.
