Job Title: The Personal Shopping Manager

At Belmonte Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Shopping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our luxury retail team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Personal Shopping business strategy, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a personalized client experience, ensuring excellence in every interaction.
  • Create and execute a clear plan to deliver results on time, meeting sales, productivity, and profit targets.
  • Hire, train, and coach personal shoppers and assistants to deliver exceptional fashion experiences and operational excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with luxury brands, ensuring up-to-date availability of stock, brand understanding, and campaign support.
  • Lead by example, setting and monitoring service standards, motivating the team to achieve them, and addressing any issues proactively.
  • Plan and provide regular personal shopping and brand product training sessions.
  • Manage the creation and execution of Virtual Shopping media communications to engage customers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver guest requests and ensure compliance with trading standards, health and safety legislation, and security standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience managing a team for a luxury retail brand.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strong network and existing client book.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to coach team members to drive performance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with good attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
