**Job Summary**

The Belmonte Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Retail Manager to lead our Personal Shopping business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, productivity, and profit targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement a personalized shopping experience for our clients, ensuring excellence in every interaction.
  • Develop and execute a clear plan to deliver results on time, meeting sales, productivity, and profit targets.
  • Hire, train, and coach a team of personal shoppers and assistants to deliver exceptional fashion experiences and operational excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with luxury brands, ensuring up-to-date availability of stock, brand understanding, and campaigns to support client needs.
  • Lead by example, delivering exceptional personalized service to all clients, setting and monitoring service standards, and taking proactive action to address any issues.
  • Plan and provide regular personal shopping and brand product training sessions.
  • Manage the creation and execution of virtual shopping media communications to engage clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver client requests and ensure compliance with trading standards, health and safety, and security standards.

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years' experience managing a team in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members to drive performance and enable change.
  • Results-oriented mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a patient and understanding demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
