Key Responsibilities- Manage the Cyber Security Governance Team and ensure the implementation of IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration and IT support plans and processes.
- Develop and implement new security policies and procedures, ensuring they remain up-to-date and aligned with Galderma's guidelines and policies.
- Establish and implement IT Security Metrics, Monitoring, Collection, and Reporting to ensure the effectiveness of our security measures.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across IT, Corporate Functions, and Market Entities in accordance with the role's requirements.
- Create and deliver IT Security awareness trainings for all associates across Galderma globally.
- Manage IT Security General Awareness Training and Support through phishing campaigns, training on Information Security Standards, Methodologies, and Tools, and other individualized trainings as required.
- Strong background in finding solutions and convincing technical and business sides: Security and IT stability.
- Background in international environment, working across different Corporate Functions and Market Entities, ideally within a global scope.
- Training experience in Cybersecurity.
- Good communication skills.
