Cyber Security Governance Manager

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Galderma's Cyber Security Governance Team as a key member responsible for implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems administration plans and processes. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across IT, Corporate Functions, and Market Entities to ensure the security and stability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Galderma's guidelines and policies.
- Establish and implement IT security metrics, monitoring, collection, and reporting to ensure the security posture of the organization.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Create and deliver IT security awareness training programs for all associates globally.
- Manage IT security general awareness training and support through phishing campaigns, training on information security standards, methodologies, and tools, and other individualized trainings as required.
Requirements
- Strong background in finding solutions and convincing technical and business sides: security and IT stability.
- Background in international environments, working across different Corporate Functions and Market Entities, ideally within a global scope.
- Training experience in cybersecurity.
- Good communication skills.
