Cyber Security Governance Manager

About the Role
This is a key position within the Galderma organization, responsible for managing the Cyber Security Governance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing IT infrastructure and systems administration plans and processes, ensuring the security and stability of Galderma's IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Galderma Cyber Security Governance Team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across the organization.
- Develop and implement new security policies and procedures, ensuring they remain up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
- Establish and implement IT security metrics, monitoring, collection, and reporting processes to ensure the organization's security posture is continuously improved.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across IT, corporate functions, and market entities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Design and deliver IT security awareness training programs for all Galderma associates globally, ensuring they are equipped to handle security-related challenges.
- Manage IT security general awareness training and support through phishing campaigns, training on information security standards, methodologies, and tools, and other individualized trainings as required.
Requirements
- Strong background in finding solutions and convincing technical and business stakeholders on security and IT stability.
- Experience working in an international environment, collaborating with different corporate functions and market entities, ideally within a global scope.
- Training experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security awareness and training.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate security-related information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
