Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular visits and product detailing
- Work closely with the Sales Supervisor, Service Engineers, and Product Specialist to report customer feedback and market research
- Effectively grow business and build networks for territory development
- Manage accounts and maintain issues within the territories, including creating demands and collecting accounts receivables
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Management, or Medical Laboratory Science
- Knowledge of medical and laboratory equipment/supplies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Willingness to be trained and develop skills in sales and marketing
