Job Title: Head of Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Transformation to join our team at Allianz Technology. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving and executing our digital and data science roadmap, leveraging technology and data to innovate new business models and digitalize services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital and data science roadmap that aligns with our company's strategy and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new business models and digital services.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of IT systems and applications, ensuring they meet our company's standards and requirements.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of IT teams, ensuring they meet established goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to leverage them to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing IT programs and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital and data science strategies.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
