Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional Digital Pathology business strategies to capture market share
- Build and deliver Digital Pathology projects that meet customer needs and expectations
- Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to drive sales opportunities and growth
- Partner with Distribution and Customer IT departments to design and implement Digital Pathology solutions
- Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems' market share
- Support tender response teams and communicate the value of Leica Biosystems' solutions to customers
- University degree in IT or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in the Health Care IT environment, including knowledge of LIS, HIS, PACS, and other hospital and laboratory IT systems
- Previous experience in a biomedical and sales-oriented environment, with a strong understanding of regulated sectors and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within defined territory up to 60% of the time
