At IFF, we are looking for a talented Global Productivity Manager who will drive margin expansion and working capital management within our Flavors Division. You will partner with finance to monitor and report on key performance indicators, drive productivity initiatives, and lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main leader for productivity initiatives across the Flavors Division, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Partner with Finance to monitor and report on key performance indicators related to productivity programs.
- Drive productivity initiatives across the Flavors Division to expand margin and improve working capital management.
- Develop and execute plans to improve working capital management, including inventory control, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Implement best practices for working capital management and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and suggest improvement opportunities for R&D, Selling and Administrative expense across various departments and processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders and senior management.
- Work closely with functional departments and business units to identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Provide training and support to teams on productivity tools and techniques.
Your Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
