Job Description
We seek an experienced Payroll Specialist to support the execution of payroll activities and data management/customer services. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely output while being flexible to support either payroll or customer services as required. Key responsibilities include supporting payroll processing, advising clients on queries/issues, ensuring data management accuracy, responding to tickets and calls within SLA timescales, and following detailed working instructions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support payroll processing to meet agreed calendars and KPIs
  • Advise clients on country-specific legislation and tasks
  • Ensure data management is performed accurately and on time
  • Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales
  • Follow detailed working instructions and update documentation as needed
  • Proficiently use systems and tools
  • Complete SOC controls on time with necessary evidence
  • All system issues/defects are reported correctly
  • Highlight deviations from standard scope of service
  • Deal appropriately with sensitive information
  • Complete learning objectives successfully
  • Accurately record time
  • Foster STRADA Security Standards

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have 3-4 years of relevant experience administering payroll or health & welfare/benefits in an HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate environment. You must possess social security knowledge, HRIS knowledge, and be proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A high school diploma or equivalent is essential, and desirable qualifications include SAP and Workday/SSFF expertise. You will be part of a global and fast-paced environment, so flexibility and attention to detail are crucial. Excellent written and verbal skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn are also required.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. However, please note that salaries may vary depending on individual circumstances.
