Your Mission

As an AS Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our outsourced clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide configuration and consulting services for payroll systems (SAP HCM ES). You will also provide application support consultancy, identify and manage SAP note applications, and perform functional analysis and guidance on technical implementations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality configuration and consulting services for payroll systems (SAP HCM ES)
  • Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate functional and technical activities
  • Identify, manage, and test SAP note applications
  • Open and manage customer messages to request help support and corrections
  • Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on technical implementations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources
