The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Payroll Specialist to join our team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of complex transactional downstream post-payroll work, managing annual payroll events, and coordinating system and application upgrade testing. You will also participate in projects designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of complex transactional downstream post-payroll work, taking direction from the Senior Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager if required.
- Manage key aspects of system and application upgrade testing: HRSP, EMR etc.
- Coordinate the implementation of Change Requests (CR) taking direction from the Senior Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager if required.
- Participate in projects designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have knowledge of payroll systems and processes, as well as experience in working with customers.
